Carole McCann has been a Realtor in NY State since 1985.She founded Hudson Heritage in 1991 in an effort to promote her unique style of comprehensive, high-energy, individualized client/customer service. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service and the Orange County Association of Realtors.She is a member of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and President of the Blooming Grove / Washingtonville Chamber. In addition to working in the traditional areas of sales and leasing, Carole is certified as a New York State Real Estate Professional (REP) and Buyer Representative (CBR). As a Senior Residential Specialist, she has particular expertise meeting the needs of senior buyers and she can act as a Certified Interpreter for the Deaf. Rick himself was part of that growth. After spending twenty years in the outdoors power equipment industry, Rick opened his own small engine repair business in 1994, earning the respect of his customers by providing the utmost in customer service.Rick's commitment to the community is shown by his involvement in several area organizations. Rick is a thirty year member of the Salisbury Mills Fire Department, a member of the Blooming Grove Volunteer Ambulance Corps, former Coach for the Washingtonville Little League and Board member of the Blooming Grove / Washingtonville Chamber of Commerce.
